Overview

This Refund Policy explains when purchases made on ShipAny are eligible for a refund. ShipAny sells digital products — source code templates and Premium membership — which are delivered immediately after payment.

ShipAny Premium Membership

Orders for ShipAny Premium membership are non-refundable.

A Premium membership purchase triggers referrer commission settlement and grants ongoing member benefits that take effect immediately. Because these cannot be reversed, Premium membership orders are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

Please review the pricing page and documentation carefully before purchasing.

Individually Purchased Templates

For templates purchased individually — whether at the regular price or at the member price:

  • If the template has not been activated, you may request a full refund.
  • Once the template has been activated, the source code is considered delivered and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If your purchase qualifies, request a refund through either channel:

  1. Email — write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, including your order details.
  2. Support ticket — submit a ticket from your account describing your refund request.

We will verify the activation status of your purchase and respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
